Set up your company
Fill in your legal name, address and province under Settings › Company profile. The province drives default tax rules.
Register for taxes
Add your GST/HST (and PST or QST) registrations with effective dates under Settings › Taxes. Quotes and invoices use the client's province and these registrations.
Build your catalogue
Add services, materials and labour items with prices under Catalog & pricing. Quotes and invoices pull from here so pricing stays consistent.
Invite your team
Under Settings › Team invite office staff and technicians. Each role has sensible permissions; technicians only see work assigned to them.
Take your first request
Share your request form link or embed it on your website. New requests appear in Requests with photos and preferred dates.
