Terms of service

The service

Mr Jobber provides field service management software on a subscription basis. Plans, prices and included features are described on the pricing page and in your account.

Your account

You are responsible for the people you invite and for keeping credentials safe. You must have the right to upload the client information you store.

Billing

Subscriptions renew monthly or annually until cancelled. Applicable taxes are added. You may cancel at any time; access continues until the end of the paid period and your data remains exportable.

Acceptable use

No unlawful content, no unsolicited commercial messaging contrary to CASL, no attempts to access other customers' data.

Availability and support

We aim for high availability and respond to support requests within one business day. Scheduled maintenance is announced in advance.

Liability

To the extent permitted by law, Mr Jobber's liability is limited to the fees paid in the twelve months before a claim.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada applicable therein.
