Privacy policy

What we collect

Account details (name, email, phone), business information you enter (clients, quotes, jobs, invoices), usage logs needed to run and secure the service, and payment details handled by our payment provider — we never store full card numbers.

Why we collect it

To provide the service you signed up for, to send transactional messages (approvals, receipts, reminders), to keep the service secure and to comply with Canadian law.

Where it lives

Production data is hosted in Canada. Sub-processors (email, SMS, payments, maps) are listed in your account settings and may process data outside Canada only where disclosed.

Your clients' data

You are the custodian of your clients' information; Mr Jobber processes it on your instructions. Marketing messages are sent only with consent you record, in line with CASL.

Your rights

You can access, correct, export or ask us to delete personal information. Contact privacy@mrjobb.ca.

Retention

We keep data while your account is active and for the retention period you configure afterwards, then delete it securely.
