From a job, book one or more visits with a crew. Overlapping bookings are flagged; you can override when you mean it.

In the field
Technicians open the app at /field, see today's visits, tap *En route* and *Start*, add notes and photos, complete checklists and collect a sign-off. It works offline and syncs later.
Routes
On the Scale plan, build a day route per crew member from pinned stops and reorder as needed.
